Children's Ministry
We offer Sunday school, Children’s Church and Nursery to help children learn about God in a fun and safe environment.
At Antioch, we use Answers in Genesis curriculum that brings the Bible to life. The curriculum covers the entire Bible chronologically in four years providing a powerful overview of God’s Word. We want every child to realize that pursuing a relationship with Christ is the most exciting adventure he or she can take – that following Christ happens “where they live.” It is a daily pursuit, and we hope for each child to say “Why wouldn’t I want a relationship with Christ?”
We strive to make your child’s experience with us a safe one. At your child’s first visit we will have you complete an “About Me” form to help us get to know you and your child better. All of our volunteers are background checked and look forward to teaching your child about God.
If for any reason we need you during the service we will send you a text message (please have your phone on vibrate) or have an usher come and get you.
On Sundays, Sunday School starts at 9:30 downstairs. Children join their parents upstairs for the first part of the worship service. Service starts at 10:45 and the children are excused to go downstairs after announcements.
On Wednesdays at 6pm we offer ASK, Antioch Skills Kamp. This is a chance for the children and youth to learn Biblical character traits as well as essential skills for life. Skills like sewing, changing a tire, woodworking, manners, setting a table, canning, and many others will be covered.
We hope to make your child’s time with us one of the most exciting times of their week, as well as a time that is helpful to their walk with Christ.
We would be honored to have you visit us!
